The stripped-back upper of the Stepney Workers Club Osier is reminiscent of '70s running silhouettes—helped in-part by the classic combination of smooth nylon and suede overlays. Under-foot however things are more advanced than the era of die-cut foam midsoles.
S.W.C's own three-part sole unit pairs a low-density EVA midsole with S-Strike TPU heel support and advanced cleated runner outsole. The result is a shoe which sports a classic look with modern comfort, providing a realistic alternative to legacy sportswear brands with a more contemporary edge.
